PIP CSC Studio ("we") makes PIP CSC Studio, a Windows software for CSC, cyber cafe and print shops, and runs this website. 2. What stays on your PCक्या आपके PC पर ही रहता है

Customer photos, documents, the clients register, bills and scans that you make in the software are saved on your own PC. We do not receive them, except files that customers send through QR Inbox over the internet, as described above.सॉफ़्टवेयर में बने ग्राहकों के फोटो, डॉक्यूमेंट, ग्राहक रजिस्टर, बिल और स्कैन आपके अपने PC पर सेव होते हैं। ये हमें नहीं मिलते — सिवाय उन फाइलों के जो ग्राहक इंटरनेट से QR इनबॉक्स में भेजते हैं, जैसा ऊपर बताया गया है।

3. How we use your dataहम आपका डेटा कैसे इस्तेमाल करते हैं

  • To create your account, run your free trial and activate your licence.अकाउंट बनाने, फ्री ट्रायल चलाने और लाइसेंस चालू करने के लिए।
  • To check payments and send your licence key.भुगतान जाँचने और लाइसेंस की भेजने के लिए।
  • To help you when you contact support.सहायता माँगने पर आपकी मदद करने के लिए।
  • To send service messages, for example when your plan is about to end.सेवा से जुड़े संदेश भेजने के लिए, जैसे प्लान खत्म होने वाला हो।
  • To keep the service safe, prevent misuse of licences and improve the software.सेवा सुरक्षित रखने, लाइसेंस के गलत इस्तेमाल को रोकने और सॉफ़्टवेयर को बेहतर बनाने के लिए।

4. Who we share it withहम किसके साथ साझा करते हैं

We do not sell your personal data. We keep account and licence data while your account is in use and for a reasonable time after. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. QR Inbox files are deleted automatically. We use HTTPS, store passwords only in hashed form and limit who can see your data. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw a consent you gave. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within a reasonable time.
