We want you to buy only when you are sure PIP CSC Studio works for your shop. That is why there is a free trial first. This page explains when and how a payment is refunded.हम चाहते हैं कि आप तभी खरीदें जब आपको भरोसा हो कि PIP CSC Studio आपकी दुकान के लिए सही है। इसीलिए पहले फ्री ट्रायल है। यह पेज बताता है कि भुगतान कब और कैसे वापस होता है।

1. Try it firstपहले आज़माएँ

Every new shop gets a 15-day free trial. Please use it to check the software with your PC and printer before you buy a plan.हर नई दुकान को 15 दिन का फ्री ट्रायल मिलता है। प्लान खरीदने से पहले इससे अपने PC और प्रिंटर के साथ सॉफ़्टवेयर ज़रूर जाँच लें।

2. When you get a refundरिफ़ंड कब मिलता है

  • Your licence could not be activated on your PC and our support could not fix it — ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund.आपके PC पर लाइसेंस चालू नहीं हो सका और हमारी सहायता से भी ठीक नहीं हुआ — भुगतान के 7 दिन के अंदर माँगें, पूरा पैसा वापस।
  • You paid twice for the same order, or paid more than the order amount by mistake — the extra amount is returned.एक ही ऑर्डर के लिए दो बार भुगतान हुआ, या गलती से ज़्यादा राशि चली गई — ज़्यादा राशि लौटा दी जाती है।
  • We cancel your order after you have paid — a full refund.आपके भुगतान के बाद हमने ऑर्डर रद्द किया — पूरा पैसा वापस।

3. When refunds are not givenरिफ़ंड कब नहीं मिलता

Once a plan is activated and working, we do not refund for a change of mind or for days you did not use.प्लान चालू होकर ठीक चलने के बाद, मन बदलने पर या इस्तेमाल न किए गए दिनों के लिए रिफ़ंड नहीं दिया जाता।

4. Payment not foundभुगतान नहीं मिला

If we could not find your payment and the order shows "rejected", but money left your account, send us the UTR and a screenshot. We will check again and either activate your plan or return the money.अगर हमें आपका भुगतान नहीं मिला और ऑर्डर "rejected" दिखा रहा है, लेकिन आपके खाते से पैसा कट गया है, तो हमें UTR और स्क्रीनशॉट भेजें। हम दोबारा जाँचकर या तो प्लान चालू करेंगे या पैसा लौटाएँगे।

5. How to ask for a refundरिफ़ंड कैसे माँगें

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number (for example PCS-1001), the UTR / transaction ID and the reason.WhatsApp या ईमेल पर अपना ऑर्डर नंबर (जैसे PCS-1001), UTR / ट्रांज़ैक्शन ID और कारण भेजें।

6. How you receive itपैसा कैसे मिलेगा

Approved refunds are sent to the same UPI or bank account the payment came from, usually within 5–7 working days. The licence of a refunded plan is switched off.मंज़ूर रिफ़ंड उसी UPI या बैंक खाते में भेजा जाता है जिससे भुगतान आया था, आमतौर पर 5–7 कार्य दिवसों में। रिफ़ंड हुए प्लान का लाइसेंस बंद कर दिया जाता है।
