These terms apply when you download, register, use or buy PIP CSC Studio from PIP CSC Studio ("we"). By doing so you agree to them. 1. Your licenceआपका लाइसेंस
When you register or buy a plan, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use PIP CSC Studio for your own shop, on the number of PCs your plan allows (currently 1 PC per plan), for the plan's validity.रजिस्टर करने या प्लान खरीदने पर आपको PIP CSC Studio को अपनी दुकान के लिए, प्लान में दिए PC की संख्या (अभी हर प्लान में 1 PC) पर, प्लान की वैधता तक इस्तेमाल करने का निजी, न बदला जा सकने वाला अधिकार मिलता है।
You may not copy, resell, rent, share or crack the software, or share your account or licence key with another shop.आप सॉफ़्टवेयर की कॉपी, दोबारा बिक्री, किराया, साझा या क्रैक नहीं कर सकते, न ही अपना अकाउंट या लाइसेंस की किसी दूसरी दुकान को दे सकते हैं।
2. Free trialफ्री ट्रायल
New shops get a 15-day free trial, once per shop. We may change or end trial offers in future.नई दुकानों को एक बार 15 दिन का फ्री ट्रायल मिलता है। हम आगे ट्रायल का ऑफ़र बदल या बंद कर सकते हैं।
3. Plans and paymentप्लान और भुगतान
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on this website when you order.कीमतें भारतीय रुपये में हैं और ऑर्डर करते समय इसी वेबसाइट पर दिखती हैं।
- You pay by UPI. Your licence key is issued after we verify the payment.भुगतान UPI से होता है। भुगतान की जाँच के बाद लाइसेंस की दी जाती है।
- Plans do not renew automatically. A price change never affects a plan you have already paid for.प्लान अपने-आप रिन्यू नहीं होते। कीमत बदलने से पहले से खरीदे प्लान पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ता।
- We may cancel an order if the payment cannot be verified or the details are wrong; money received for a cancelled order is returned as per the refund policy.अगर भुगतान की पुष्टि न हो या जानकारी गलत हो तो हम ऑर्डर रद्द कर सकते हैं; रद्द ऑर्डर का मिला पैसा रिफ़ंड पॉलिसी के अनुसार लौटाया जाता है।
4. Your responsibilitiesआपकी ज़िम्मेदारियाँ
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.अपना पासवर्ड गुप्त रखें। आपके अकाउंट में जो होता है उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
- Use the software only for lawful work. Handle your customers' documents with their consent and follow the rules of UIDAI, government portals and other authorities for identity documents.सॉफ़्टवेयर सिर्फ़ कानूनी काम के लिए इस्तेमाल करें। ग्राहकों के डॉक्यूमेंट उनकी सहमति से संभालें और पहचान पत्रों के लिए UIDAI, सरकारी पोर्टल और अन्य संस्थाओं के नियम मानें।
- Never use it to create, alter or forge identity documents, certificates or any document for fraud. We may close the account of anyone who does.इसका इस्तेमाल पहचान पत्र, प्रमाणपत्र या किसी भी डॉक्यूमेंट को धोखे के लिए बनाने, बदलने या नकली बनाने में कभी न करें। ऐसा करने वाले का अकाउंट हम बंद कर सकते हैं।
- Check prints and files before giving them to your customer.ग्राहक को देने से पहले प्रिंट और फाइलें जाँच लें।
5. We are independentहम स्वतंत्र हैं
PIP CSC Studio is an independent product. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, UIDAI or any government department. Government portals open on their own official websites, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.PIP CSC Studio एक स्वतंत्र प्रोडक्ट है। इसे CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, UIDAI या किसी सरकारी विभाग ने नहीं बनाया है, न ही यह उनसे जुड़ा या उनके द्वारा समर्थित है। सरकारी पोर्टल अपनी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर खुलते हैं, और उनकी सामग्री या उपलब्धता की ज़िम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं है।
6. Online featuresऑनलाइन फ़ीचर
QR Inbox over mobile data, Sarkari Updates and the services directory need the internet and depend on other networks and websites. Information such as job and result updates is collected from public sources — always confirm it on the official website.मोबाइल डेटा से QR इनबॉक्स, सरकारी अपडेट और सेवाओं की सूची के लिए इंटरनेट चाहिए और ये दूसरे नेटवर्क व वेबसाइटों पर निर्भर हैं। भर्ती और रिज़ल्ट जैसी जानकारी सार्वजनिक स्रोतों से ली जाती है — हमेशा आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर पुष्टि करें।
7. Updates and supportअपडेट और सहायता
We may improve, change or remove features through updates. We give support through WhatsApp, phone or email within a reasonable time.हम अपडेट के ज़रिए फ़ीचर सुधार, बदल या हटा सकते हैं। सहायता WhatsApp, फोन या ईमेल से उचित समय में दी जाती है।
8. No warranty and limits of liabilityवारंटी नहीं और ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
We work hard to make the software accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.हम सॉफ़्टवेयर को सटीक और भरोसेमंद बनाने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन यह "जैसा है" वैसा, बिना वारंटी के दिया जाता है। कानून जहाँ तक अनुमति दे, हम अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान (जैसे कारोबार या डेटा का नुकसान) के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं, और हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी दावे से पहले के 12 महीनों में आपके दिए पैसे तक सीमित है।

You can stop using the software at any time. 10. Law and changesकानून और बदलाव
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction where PIP CSC Studio is based.
